Audi shows off new models at NAIASThe China Post news staff TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Audi, a participant of this year's North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) held in Detroit from now till Jan. 27, is showcasing various cutting-edge models including the SQ5 3.0 TFSI and the RS 7 Sportback V8 4.0 TFSI.

One of the top reasons for our stellar performance was increased business in the North American market,” said Audi CEO Rupert Stadler. “That's why at this year's NAIAS we're showcasing some of our newest and best models for our North American customers.” At the heart of the Audi RS 7 Sportback is the 4.0-liter V8 TFSI engine that offers maximum horsepower of 560 and torque of 71.4 kg-m. For the engine, accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour takes only 3.9 seconds, positioning the motor as a combination of power and aesthetics. The SQ5 3.0 TFSI comes equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 TFSI engine, with maximum horsepower of 354 and torque of 47.9 kg-m. Accelerating from 0 to 100 kph takes only 5.3 seconds. The engine is powerful as it is environmental: carbon emissions average 199g/km, while gas consumption averages 11.76 km/L.
