Spain Cabinet to pass anti-crisis measures on March 30: El Pais

MADRID -- Spain's Cabinet will pass economic regulations including measures to improve financing for small and mid-sized companies in a decree on March 30, El Pais reported, citing Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.

The government will also approve tax breaks for renovations to housing in an attempt to get unemployed builders back to work, the newspaper said.
