BERLIN -- Microsoft will begin its streaming service Xbox Music, right in time for the release of Windows 8. The company said the owners of tablets or computers with the new operating system will be allowed to select and listen to more than 30 million songs from its library for free. However, the service will include occasional ads. After six months, the free service will be capped at a limited number of hours per month.
