Taiwan Semi says earthquake won't change first-quarter sales guidance“We will deliver what we promised,” Lora Ho, chief financial officer of the Hsinchu, Taiwan-based company said yesterday in Taipei. Taiwan Semiconductor, which last quarter posted its biggest profit in two years, said March 4 that an earthquake in southern Taiwan would cause production losses equal to 1.5 days. The company said on Jan. 28 it expects revenue this quarter of NT$89 billion to NT$91 billion. | |||||||||||||
