Updated Wednesday, November 4, 2009 10:09 am TWN, AFP Air India pilots threaten new strike over paymentJunior pilots would strike from November 24 “if issues including that of pending arrears are not addressed by Air India management by November 10”, the Indian Commercial Pilots Association (ICPA) said. Air India lost US$1 billion in the financial year to March 2009 and senior pilots staged a five-day strike in September to protest benefit cuts, prompting widespread flight cancellations by the airline.
