The company’s sales this year were reduced by 70 percent from 2007, due to the current economic downturn, the paper reported, citing employees. Employees haven’t got paid for at least a month, the report said. Tom Dragon has nine facilities in Taiwan, including one inside RT-Mart hypermarket’s Neihu Two branch. RT-Mart is “concerned” about Tom Dragon’s closure, as the hypermarket has yet to terminate its leasing contract with Tom Dragon, the paper reported.
