Thailand's exports up 46.3 percent to US$18.04 billion in June: minister

BANGKOK -- Thailand's exports rose 46.3 percent to US$18.04 billion in June, according to Commerce Minister Porntiva Nakasai. The Commerce Ministry has revised up Thai exports growth target for this year from 14 percent to 19 percent, with a projected export value of US$183 billion.

Meanwhile, imports increased by 37.9 percent to US$15.72 billion, to give Thailand a US$2.32 billion trade surplus.
