SINGAPORE -- Singapore's soaring property prices eased further in the second quarter, rising by 0.4
percent, government data showed Tuesday. The rise followed a 3.7 percent increase in the first three months of the year. The slower increase in prices of private residential property compared with a 6.8 percent rise posted in the final quarter of last year.
