Updated Wednesday, January 13, 2010 11:05 am TWN, Bloomberg MANILA -- Philippine exports rose for the first time in 14 months in November as the global economic recovery helped bolster demand for electronics goods. Shipments abroad increased 5.1 percent from a year earlier to US$3.69 billion after falling 8 percent in October, the National Statistics Office said in Manila Tuesday. That compares with the median forecast for a 2 percent gain in a Bloomberg News survey of seven economists.
