US dollar gains NT$0.065 to close at NT$29.560 on turnover of US$1.12 bil.

TAIPEI -- The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar yesterday, gaining NT$0.065 to close at NT$29.560.

Turnover totaled US$1.12 billion during the trading session.

The U.S. unit opened at NT$29.520 and moved between NT$29.370 and NT$29.560 before the close.
