Taiwan fund isn't planning share sales: minister

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Taiwan's National Stabilization Fund isn't planning share sales, Finance Minister Lee Sush-der said by telephone yesterday, denying an Economic Daily News report that the fund may sell stock gradually to minimize any effects on the market.

Lee said any decisions on share sales would usually be discussed at panel meetings and wouldn't comment on whether share sales will be on the agenda at the next meeting.
