Digital summit to address 4G content applications

TAIPEI -- The Taipei International Digital Content Summit is to be held Sept. 10-11, with a main focus on fourth-generation (4G) mobile broadband applications in the digital content industry.
Featuring the topic “Always and Everywhere,” this year's summit will include an international forum, one-on-one business meetings, app section and special demonstrations, according to the Taipei Computer Association (TCA), one of the organizers.
Discussion topics for the two-day summit will range from mobile videos to cloud-based gaming platforms, operation and authorization of intellectual property, consumer psychology of payments, wearable and motion-sensing applications, 4G applications, and development of the animation industry, the TCA said.
Keynote speakers at the forum will include representatives from WIT Studio Inc., the production company responsible for famous Japanese animation “Attack on Titan,” and Hiroyuki Ito, president of Japanese media company Crypton Future Media Inc., the association said.
