TAIPEI, Taiwan -- R.O.C. Ambassador to Saint Lucia Chang Chi-ping (章計平) and Saint Lucia Commerce Minister Emma Hippolyte recently held a completion ceremony for Bougainvillea Drive in Saint Lucia.

Chang said that he and Hippolyte have held four completion ceremonies for roads in the last two months, adding that he has seen for himself the benefits of these construction projects.

The ambassador said that the people of Saint Lucia are happy with these projects and that the R.O.C. will continue to cooperate with the Saint Lucia government on future projects.

Hippolyte expressed gratitude to the Taiwanese government on behalf of Saint Lucia.

The minister added that it was with the help of Taiwan that the project came to fruition.
