Exports up in Dec. to US$26.1 bil.; 2012 sees 2.3% decline from 2011
The China Post news staffTaiwan's exports stood at US$26.1 billion in December, a rise of 9 percent year-on-year, said the Ministry of Finance yesterday.

The figure was also a rise of 4.9 percent month-on-month.
December imports were US$21.98 billion, translating into a surplus of US$4.13 billion.
For 2012, exports were NT$301.11 billion, a decline of 2.3 percent from 2011.
