US dollar falls by NT$0.026 to end trade at NT$29.954 on Taipei forex

TAIPEI -- The U.S. dollar fell against the New Taiwan dollar yesterday, shedding NT$0.026 to close at NT$29.954.

Turnover totaled US$613 million during the trading session.

The U.S. unit opened at NT$29.980 and moved between NT$29.935 and NT$29.990 before the close.
