January 9, 2013, 11:35 am TWN In early 2013, it officially launched the “Service 24h” roadside assistance service, allowing all Mercedes-Benz car owners to enjoy the most timely roadside assistance service with top-notch quality around the clock. “Service 24h” was launched at Changhua VPC, the only VPC with international certification in Taiwan. In order to provide the highest standard after-sales services, Mercedes-Benz Taiwan built a service car fleet of 23 units of C-Class Estate. These cars will be allocated to 23 sales distribution centers across Taiwan to offer 24-hour roadside assistance services after a recent handover ceremony hosted by Andreas Spreter, Mercedes-Benz Taiwan's vice president in after-sales division. “Today is an important milestone for Mercedes-Benz Taiwan's after-sales service. The launch of Service 24h roadside assistance service is the practice of our brand claim 'My Service,'” Spreter said. “We have introduced business standards adopted by our German headquarters to offer the best service.”
