Clark was scheduled to hold talks with Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda on Wednesday and give a keynote address on Thursday at the Japan-New Zealand Partnership Forum, the foreign ministry said. The first ever meeting of the forum will bring together government and business leaders from the two countries, according to organizers.
