However, legal papers filed on Friday indicated Joe Jackson, who was left out of the “King of Pop's” will, now plans to challenge the ruling at the California Court of Appeals. TMZ entertainment news Web site said Jackson was seeking the removal of executors Branca and McClain on the basis that the pop icon's will which appointed them was a forgery.
