Director of IT/Chief Information Officer
TES is one of Taiwanˇ¦s leading International Schools serving 1,500 students in its French, German, British and High School sections. The schoolˇ¦s Governors are looking to appoint an exceptional leader to the position of Director of IT / Chief Information Officer. This position will report to the CEO and work closely with Heads / Directors. The main duties of this position will be providing innovative and strategic leadership of IT to ensure information communication technology management for learning, teaching, and administration is effective and efficient.
The successful candidate will have a Relevant Degree and at least 6 years of work experience in the IT or related field. Working experience in schools or educational organisations is desirable. She/he must be fluent in spoken and written English. The ability to communicate in Chinese or a European language is an advantage. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to quality, and an ability to lead the IT team.
Our package includes:
• A competitive annual salary plus one month bonus
• An initial two year contract (renewable by mutual agreement)
• 30 days annual leave
